Newphonia is a music platform offering two universes: custom AI-generated music creation (Newphonia Records) and a royalty-free music streaming platform for commercial and personal use (Newphonia Streaming). The service is accessible via the website www.newphonia.com.

2. Registration and User Account

To access Newphonia services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Offers and Pricing

Newphonia offers various plans for its two universes:

• Newphonia Records: subscriptions allowing track creation with a 50% royalty payout.
• Newphonia Streaming: subscriptions (NewPhoniaFree for personal use, NewPhoniaPro for commercial broadcasting).

4. License of Use

The NewPhoniaPro plan grants you a non-exclusive license to use the music for commercial purposes, including:

• Broadcasting in professional spaces (shops, restaurants, hotels, etc.)

The NewPhoniaFree plan is limited to non-commercial personal use.
